Comments?< The baby is benefiting from having received the vaccine -- even though he has had only two of the three recommended immunizations. It doesn't make sense to me that you should have to refund the cost. Additionally, I would check to find out whether he paid out-of-pocket for the two immunizations or whether instead his insurance or the government paid.
